REGISTRATION for Summer camp

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis, please sign up before JUNE 1, 2024.  All money goes towards YSS camp and services, this is volunteer-based only

• Your child should be 8 years old on or before June 1, 2024
• The program is primarily run by high school volunteers
  • Adults will be in the building 
  • Adults available for needed assistance

 Please include the health and Doctor's information in this section.  The name of the child, Name of the parent, and email are repeated again in this section intentionally to ensure the information is captured correctly.
